Andrew's work experience dates back the late 80's when he first went into business. He was deeply involved in all aspects of print, design, marketing and publishing. He has worked with national charities, trade organisations, health care trusts, armed forces and the emergency services - producing a vast array of printed products.
Andrew has in-depth experience of launching major fundraising and publicity campaigns. He has a remarkable track record in fundraising for various causes. and has personally sponsored many events.
Susan heads up and manages the fundraising team here, her caring passion towards knife crime shines immensely through with all efforts driven towards making a change in any way she can. With more than 20 years of experience in new business development, Susan is a well-seasoned communicator, hard-working, passionate individual who also successfully started her own business
Kate has been working in the recruitment industry for over 16 years and moved on to her own successful recruitment companies.
While working with the NHS during the pandemic, she became aware of the increasing knife crime incidents involving young people. In May 2020 , she joined forces with Andrew Brown at Down Tools to focus on The Fight Against Knife Crime.
Kate deals with all technical enquiries within the company, works with the media and broadcasters as well as being the main liaison between the police forces across the country.
Makaila has been a sales and marketing manager for over 10 years.She achieved a BTEC diploma in business at Clarendon College and at age 19 years progressed from telesales to a sales manager for a telecoms company. She also achieved a law degree with honours from Nottingham Trent University. Her passion is to give advice to and advocate for young people to make a change in their lives no matter what they have gone through.
